If you would like to contest a parking ticket issued by the Middleton Police Department you may do so by email, regular mail, or in person. You can email the request to or mail the information to:

The following information must be submitted for the request to be considered.

  • Parking Ticket Number.
  • Date of Ticket.                            
  • License Plate or VIN of vehicle ticketed.                            
  • Registered Owner of Vehicle.
  • Please tell us why this ticket should be withdrawn.
  • Tell us how to get in touch with you.

Submitted requests will be forwarded to the appropriate supervisor for review. You will be notified by e-mail, or by phone if you request, as to the outcome of the review. Please allow 5 business days for a response. If you do not receive a response within 5 business days please contact us at 608-827-1005. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the department review you may request a court date with the Middleton Police Department by calling 608-824-7305.
